Jail, driving ban for man who hit stationary bus and caused his van passenger to sustain multiple hand fractures

SINGAPORE — Failing to notice a stationary bus that broke down on the Tampines Expressway, Sheikh Oli K H Rahman Shah tried to swerve his van but ended up colliding into the right rear of the bus resulting in his van passenger suffering multiple fractures on both hands.
