SINGAPORE — For the past three years, 25-year-old Singaporean Brendan Lee has been travelling to Bangkok three to four times a year, and the news of a shooting at the city’s popular Siam Paragon mall is not going to stop him from continuing to make regular visits to one of his favourite cities.
