My Learning Diaries: I left a stable finance job for a career in social work. Here’s how I made the switch

In this instalment, Mr Embleton Lian, 32, describes how a desire to make a difference in people’s lives prompted him to leave his finance job and pursue a career in social work. He made the switch with the help of a Workforce Singapore career conversion programme.
